A few notes about the page counter:
Although the counter has just started, or rather restarted, I was able to access
some site statistics for the last twelve month period and it looks like The Barbarian
Keep is getting about 115,000 visits per year. As one person can visit the web
site many times, this number does not mean there are 115,000 people visiting
the web site... I think. Regardless, I extend my sincerest thanks to those of
you who find this web site informative, entertaining, and enjoyable; and I hope
you will continue to help me spread the word about our classic author, Robert
E. Howard, and his magnificient creations (including Conan).
Submissions: The original intent for creating the Barbarian Keep was to present factual, necessary, and helpful information about Robert E. Howard and his work to the public. As such, this web site has never truly been merely a forum to exclusively present my own work. If the subject was essential to Howard studies, then the idea was to present it here. The literary and biographical issues surrounding Howard's life and work were and are the most important to address, but other information (especially if it was helpful to budding fans and scholars) is certainly appropriate to make available here. Take a look at the kind of articles presented at the Barbarian Keep. If you have or know of something that might fit here, please feel welcome to suggest I add it to the web site.
Link to the Barbarian Keep web site! No permission necessary. Please place a link on your web site. The more links to the Barbarian Keep, the easier it will be to spread the word and make this information available to all who seek it. Thank you.
If you would like the Barbarian Keep to link to your web site,

related web sites in order to offer the best page of links on the internet regarding
Robert E. Howard.
